Registration Form Instructions:
- Please fill out all empty fields in the form. In the meal section, please click the checkbox next to ONE main entrée of choice. The chicken is a halal option, and the curried vegetable strudel is a vegetarian option.
- This year, wine will not be included in everyone’s cost. You are able to purchase up to three bottles of wine on the registration form, or you may get a bottle for the same price at the cash bar, during the Mess Dinner.
- Your total will automatically sum up under the “Payment” tab. Please ensure you e-transfer this exact amount to the address listed on the registration form.
