We regret to advise of the death of Corporal Harry Gaye Soone (Ret’d) at the Mount St. Joseph Hospital in Vancouver BC on 2 March 2003 at the age of 84.
Harry was born in Vancouver. He was a WW II veteran who served with the Royal Canadian Engineers from 1944 to 1947 in Ottawa. He was a Past Executive and 36-year member of the Royal Canadian Legion Vancouver Branch #177.
A service of remembrance will be held on 15 March at the Remembrance Hall of the Mount Pleasant War Memorial Community Cooperative Association, 185 E. 11th Avenue, Vancouver. {gdMay2016kh}
