We regret to advise of the death of Corporal Andrei Viktorovitch Tchouiko (Ret’d) at his home in Wainwright AB on 14 July 2021 at 34 years of age .
Andrei enrolled in the Canadian Forces in January 2008 at the Canadian Forces Recruiting Centre in Toronto ON. Upon completion of his basic Combat Engineering training at the Canadian Forces School of Military Engineering, he was posted to 2 Combat Engineer Regiment in Petawawa ON in March 2009. He served with 2 CER until September 2014 when he began his release from the Canadian Forces. Upon his release, Andrei moved to Wainwright AB. Andrei worked as a Cement Field Specialist and a Machine Operator before becoming a Residential Side Load Driver where was working at the time of his death.
Funeral service at 5:00 PM on 22 July 2021 at Creech's Funeral Home Chapel (905 -9th Street Wainwright). In Memoriam donations are welcomed to the True Patriot Love Foundation . Condolences can be sent to the funeral home.
